Taking adult learning approaches seriously – where adults learn best by doing – we work with you and your staff in our Experience Studios to provide you a deeper understanding and knowledge of Strategic Design thinking for you and your teams through the design and build out of a concrete service, product or process for your organization.
Extending on the work previously developed in either our Learning Studios or your organization's previous experience with Strategic Design thinking we pair just-in-time learning with concrete design processes in our Experience Studios so you and your team learn by doing. Building on the fundamentals of strategic conversations, ideation, prototyping, implementation, and iteration – we take this all to the next level in a multi-month project where your team builds out a new service, product or process.
In our Experience Studios you’re not only increasing your people’s capability, you’re literally increasing the capability of your organization in very concrete and immediately effective ways as your team designs and builds out these new capabilities and functionalities.
